One detail that stood out immediately was that the building panels run vertically instead of horizontally, which is important to me because it reduces the surface area where dirt and sand can collect, especially here in Rio Rancho. We’ve worked with a lot of subcontractors on large commercial construction projects, and Serrano Bros. is hands down one of the best we’ve had the opportunity to work with. I work for a multi million dollar construction company, and we hired them for a major scope of work. They showed up prepared, took ownership of the job, and delivered without needing constant oversight. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. They were upfront about everything, provided valuable input on means and methods, and worked with us to find practical solutions instead of creating problems. That level of professionalism is rare. On large commercial projects, it’s common to spend a significant amount of time managing subcontractors. Serrano Bros. was the opposite. They were organized, dependable, and consistently followed through on their commitments. They made our job easier and helped keep the project moving. Unlike others, Daniel provided various estimates based on what might be discovered during demolition, as well as design options to select from. The team was able to surgically demolish the existing wall without impacting nearby components – as close as 2 inches! Complications from the insufficient engineering of the existing wall were encountered, but these were smoothly addressed without impacting the schedule. The final result reflects their skill and attention to detail, and the work site is virtually pristine. We highly recommend this company!
